Managing Partner

Brandon Rosser serves as the CEO of Arazi Development which he founded in January 2022. Prior to Arazi, Brandon was the EVP of Development and Chief Legal Officer for the US division of a $5B AUM international real estate firm based in Geneva, Switzerland, where he completed over 60 transactions in a four-year period and played an integral role growing the portfolio from 3,000 to over 15,000 units.  Brandon, as a practicing real estate attorney, worked at large international and regional law firms where he represented publicly traded REITS, large private corporations and a publicly traded pharmacy chain, in the development of, collectively, over 150 mixed-use, multifamily and retail projects.  Brandon has extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of multifamily assets, shopping centers and industrial properties.  Brandon received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and both a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida. 

Ryan Reyes has served as Managing Partner for Arazi Development since the Company’s inception. Prior to his current role, Ryan served as Chief Investment Officer for the US Division of a Switzerland-based, international real estate company with over $5B AUM where he also sat on the Global Acquisition Committee. Over the course of three years, Ryan led the US investment team and acquired over $1.5B of apartments.  Ryan began his real estate career with an investment company specializing in residential real estate where he held various roles in acquisitions and construction management to spearhead the company’s growth from $50M to $1B during his 7-year tenure. Prior to his real estate career, Ryan served as a special agent for the Department of Homeland Security's Special Operations Group. Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa, where he also served as captain of the NCAA swim team.
