Hunter Jarvis Joins Argyle Real Estate Partners as Texas Director of Acquisitions

Tampa, FL: Argyle Real Estate Partners (“Argyle”), a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions, announced the newest member to its growing team – Hunter Jarvis, who joins as the firm’s Texas Director of Acquisitions. 

Based in Dallas, TX, Jarvis will oversee the firm’s acquisition efforts in major Texas markets. “We are excited to add Hunter to the team. His experience, relationships and proven ability to source and execute on unique and complex opportunities will enable us to further expand in target markets where we expect to be very active,” said Argyle CEO and Managing Partner, Ryan Reyes. 

Jarvis, a Texas native, has been involved in over $500M of transactions in commercial real estate ranging from multifamily, single & multi-tenant retail, and industrial properties. Previously, he served as the Director of Acquisitions for a national real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily real estate where he led the firm’s entrance into Texas. 

Hunter graduated from the University of Arkansas where he played football as an SEC Academic Honor Roll athlete and has an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He lives in McKinney, TX with his wife Andrea and their three children, Pierce, Ryan, and Jett.
