Argyle Real Estate Partners Welcomes Spencer Jackson
as Director of Asset Management

Tampa, FL (October 4, 2023):  Argyle Real Estate Partners LLC (Argyle), a real estate investment firm focused on multifamily acquisitions in the Southeast and Texas, today announced the newest member to its organization, Spencer Jackson, who joins the firm as Director of Asset Management to lead the Asset Management strategy on behalf of the Company.

Jackson launched his commercial real estate career with InvestRes (FKA Avesta) as an Asset Manager where he was responsible for managing a $300MM, value-add portfolio with 19 assets spread across primary Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest markets.  While at InvestRes, Jackson led the execution of the business plan for their 2000-unit, South Florida portfolio, and played a key role in helping to expand the portfolio by 45% over the course of two years.    

Most recently, Jackson served as the Director of Asset Management for a Tampa-based real estate investment firm where he was responsible for optimizing asset performance for an 11-property portfolio valued at $550MM, and garnered extensive experience in all facets of the business from overseeing property operations to engagement in due diligence through disposition.   

A North Carolina native, Jackson is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics.
