Argyle Real Estate Partners Announces Brandon Rosser as Managing Partner

Tampa, FL: Argyle Real Estate Partners (Argyle), a real estate investment firm focused on

multifamily acquisitions in the southeast and Texas, today announced the appointment of Brandon Rosser as Managing Partner for the firm.

Rosser brings over 15 years of expert industry experience that spans the multifamily, commercial, retail and mixeduse real estate sectors; and has directed over 300 acquisition/ disposition/ development transactions throughout the course of his career.

Prior to joining Argyle, Rosser served as the Chief Legal Officer and EVP of Development for the US division of a $5B AUM international real estate firm based in Geneva, Switzerland, where he completed over 75 transactions and played an integral role in increasing the total units under management from 3000 to 13,000 during his 4-year stint with the company. Earlier in his career, Rosser was a practicing commercial real estate attorney for large international and regional Atlanta and Tampa-based law firms where he represented publicly traded REITS, large private corporations, and a publicly traded pharmacy chain, in the development of over 150 mixed-use, multifamily

and retail projects. Rosser is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received his BS in Business Administration and obtained both his MS in Real Estate and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida.
